The Chiapas region is known for ideal microclimates and nutrient-dense clay soils, allowing Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties to mature slowly at elevations up to 1,500 meters. Hand-harvested and fully washed, this lot meets European Preparation (EP) standards for a clean, vibrant cup.
